Frequently asked questions
How reliable is the legal-access routing?+
We base our data on a broad cross-reference of official sources and keep it continuously updated. That's a strong, honest improvement over purely crowd-tagged data, but not a claim of 100% verification, so always stay alert on the road yourself.
How does the free ride quota work?+
After signing up, you get 7 days of Pro access, no credit card needed. Spoken navigation is only included in a paid Pro subscription. After that, you get 5 free navigated rides per month. Searching, planning routes, and viewing reports stay unlimited and free on top of that.
Can I switch between moped and light moped?+
Yes, with one tap. Each profile has its own legal speed limit (45 km/h for moped, 25 km/h for light moped) and routing tuned to match.
Does TURNSS work offline?+
Not yet. TURNSS currently needs an active internet connection for the map and route calculation. Offline maps per region are on our list, but not available yet.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Your subscription runs through the App Store or Google Play, so that's also where you cancel it: via your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions) or your Google Play account settings.
